A video from the Growing Lives participants!

In the words of Derventio Housing Trust '' It’s always tricky to try to explain what it’s like at Growing Lives – words don’t really do it justice, but if you see it, you get it straight away. So we wanted to make a video to show it to people who might want to come and enjoy it. The people who come to Growing Lives now were initially a bit nervous about being on film, and unsure how to go about it, but together, we took video footage, photos, and all contributed their ideas and thoughts. Derventio’s comms team created a video – but participants found lots to criticise in it. Back to the drawing board: new music, a new approach, and a second draft which was approved.

You can find the video on YouTube: https://youtu.be/QCQXbFMlYnc and on Derventio Housing Trust’s website: https://derventiohousing.com/services/growing-lives/ ''
