The projects below are projects, funded by Derbyshire County Council, and set up to support people in recovery in Derbyshire.

A Spire Right Project - Chesterfield FC Community Trust

A Spire Right is a substance misuse recovery programme that is designed to help people who have/had alcohol and/or drug misuse in their lives.

Active Choices Project - Derby County Community Trust

The aim of the programme is to support in the recovery and community reintegration of service users who are committed to working towards remaining abstinence.

Peak Performance: Road to Recovery is a new project by Global Adventure, using various outdoor activities to help improve the mental and physical health and wellbeing of participants.

HOME START EREWASH - NURTURING RECOVERY PROJECT

Home-Start Erewash is dedicated to empowering parents to provide their children with the best possible start in life. Support will include, Home-Start home visiting support, Connection Café, Embrace Groups and six weekly specialist mindful group activities allowing parents in recovery and their children to connect.

Connections Project - Honey Hope Farm CIC

Connections is a unique blend of outdoor living, bushcraft, bee keeping, animal interactions and therapeutic gardening, all mixed with peer support and a safe space - for people in recovery from alcohol and/or substance use.

Rhubarb Recovery Project - Rhubarb Farm

Rhubarb Farm is a horticultural social enterprise. The farm's aims are to support people to change their lives for the better, and help them to develop confidence, resilience, new skills, and knowledge.

Recovery Together Project - Kelsey Family CIC

Kelsey Family CIC delivers family based recovery activity boxes, family health and well-being activities, family recovery coaching, family retreat space and breathing space for those in recovery commencing their journey out of treatment.

Pathways to Recovery Project - Pathways of Chesterfield

Pathways of Chesterfield support people at all different stages of their recovery journey, and we wanted to offer more, to both help people start their journey and make it more possible.
